A Louisville facility is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our high-performance team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operate CNC milling and turning machines to manufacture precision tooling components

  • Load raw materials, set up tools and fixtures, and execute machining programs accurately

  • Monitor operations and make adjustments to ensure dimensional accuracy

  • Use calipers, micrometers, and CMM for in-process inspections

  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models

  • Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines

  • Maintain accurate production and quality control documentation

  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to optimize processes

  • Follow all safety, quality, and environmental standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Technical education or vocational training in CNC machining or related field

  • At least 3 years of CNC experience in a precision manufacturing environment

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  • Proficient with metric measurements and tight tolerances

  • Familiarity with Fanuc robots is a plus

  • Experience with CAM software, lean manufacturing, or 5S is a bonus

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift up to 55 lbs and regularly handle tooling and parts

  • Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks

  • Willing to wear PPE as required

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Based on experience
