Repack Associate

Job Duties:

• Transfer product from bulk containers to smaller retail or customer-ready packages. Ensure that the correct packaging is used, and follow company standards for portioning and sealing.
• Inspect product for defects, damage, or contamination during the repackaging process. Report any issues to supervisors and ensure that only high-quality products are sent out.
• Ensure that all repackaged product is accurately labeled according to product specifications. Complete required documentation for inventory and traceability.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in accordance with food safety standards. Regularly clean equipment and packaging areas to meet hygiene standards.
• Assist in the monitoring of inventory levels and notify the supervisor of any shortages or potential issues with packaging materials.
• Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure production timelines are met.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills for portioning and labeling
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus!
