Colour and Design is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service / Order Processing Representative to join our team. In this vital role, you’ll work closely with sales representatives and internal teams to ensure customer orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders using our order management system

• Communicate with sales reps to confirm order details and resolve inquiries

• Ensure accurate data entry and order records

• Collaborate with client services and sales teams for smooth fulfillment

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email

• Assist with general office and administrative duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Required)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and order processing (Required)

• Proficiency with CRM systems and data entry

• Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software

• Multilingual candidates preferred

• Must be able to commute to or relocate to North Little Rock, AR 72113
