CNC Machinist
Pay 19.08 to 20.43 DOE
Shift Days 8am to 5pm
Job Description:
Belflex is seeking a skilled CNC machinist  to join our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of programming, GD&T, and the use of precision measuring instruments.

Job Details:
  • Operate CNC machines, ensuring they are set up correctly and functioning properly.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine machining operations required.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and gauges to verify dimensions of machined parts.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and product quality.
  • Package finished products according to company standards, ensuring safe transport and storage.

Job requirements:
  • CNC: 3 years (Required)
  • Proficient in CNC programming and operation, with experience in a manufacturing facility.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T principles for interpreting technical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machine issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Ability to operate forklifts safely in a manufacturing environment (certification preferred).
  • Experience with welding processes is a plus but not required. (MIG TIG and Stick)
