Job Title: Outside Trash Clean-Up Worker
Reports To: Facilities Manager / Maintenance Supervisor
Position Type: Part-Time
Shift:  8:30am -4:30pm 
Rate: $16.00 

Job Summary:

The Outside Trash Clean-Up Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and litter-free exterior environment around the property. This includes removing trash, debris, and other waste from designated outdoor areas such as parking lots, sidewalks, building entrances, and landscaping zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and dispose of trash, debris, and litter from outdoor grounds.

• Empty exterior trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks, curbs, parking lots, and building exteriors.

• Report any maintenance or safety concerns (e.g., broken glass, graffiti, hazardous waste) to the appropriate supervisor.

• Assist with light landscaping tasks such as leaf blowing or sweeping as needed.

• Use appropriate tools and safety equipment during all tasks.

• Follow all company safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

• Physically able to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions and lift up to 40 lbs.

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or janitorial work is a plus, but not required.
