Responsibilities
  • Actively manage the following
  • Active Directory accounts
  • PC Backups
  • Actively manage the IT asset inventory
  • Assist other IT members with project initiatives
Technical Requirements
  • Microsoft Windows 10 troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Office and Office 365
  • Basic Active Directory knowledge
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Computer imaging process using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
Other Skills
  • Friendly personality that enjoys technology and helping others
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Excellent at communication; face-to-face, over the phone and via email
  • Able to follow up and follow through on assigned tasks
  • Able to work independently to complete tasks
