BelFlex Staffing Network is seeking a Accounts Payable person for a upscale dealership company in West Little Rock, AR. Let this be your new career move!

  • Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
  • Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries.
  • Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, verifying federal id numbers, scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation
  • Requirements:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Previous accounts payable experience required
  • Clean background and drug screen required

Details
Clean work environment
7:30 AM-5:00 PM or 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour BOE

Requirements
Must pass a drug screen
Must pass a background check
