 Order Puller (Warehouse)

? Location: Little Rock- Downtown area
? Job Type: Peak season  Monday- Friday 7:30AM-530PM (Possible overtime on Saturday)
? Pay: 13.50 an hour 

About Us:

Belflex Staffing has teamed with one of the best leading formal warehouses in the Little Rock area.  We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Order Pullers to join our warehouse team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pull and prepare orders for shipment based on pick lists and inventory systems.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in assigned areas.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure correct products are picked.
  • Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
  • Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

? Previous warehouse or order pulling experience preferred, but not required.
? Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
? Basic math and inventory skills for accurate order processing.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
? Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
