Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $16-19/HR
Start Date: Mid-April
Job Type: Temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent

Job Description:
BelFlex has partnered with a reputable bank in Conway, AR, to find a Temporary HR Representative to join their team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the banking industry, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, record keeping, and compliance documentation.

  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and managing job postings.

  • Handle employee inquiries and assist with benefits, payroll, and policy-related questions.

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR procedures align with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Provide general support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in human resources, administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Experience with employee onboarding and E-Verify is a major plus.

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
