About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Heavy Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for high-volume recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needs.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate background checks and pre-employment screenings.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and improve hiring strategies.
- Maintain compliance with all hiring regulations and company policies.
- Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries.
- Strong sourcing skills, with experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
