What You’ll Be Doing:
- Safely handle and dispose of waste materials
- Operate forklifts, balers, and compactors to manage recyclables
- Maintain clean work areas, including roll-off dumpsters and waste receptacles
- Track waste and recycling data in Excel/count sheets
- Assist with environmental tasks and hazardous waste disposal
- Lift and transport materials (50-75 lbs.) as needed
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience operating forklifts, balers, and compactors
- Basic computer skills (SAP knowledge a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
