Belflex Staffing in Forest Park Ohio is hiring for Facilities Maintenance located in Cincinnati Ohio

1st shift – 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with overtime as needed

Pay rate – $18.00/hour 

TEMP TO HIRE 

Job duties:
  • Preform routine and daily inspections on interior and exterior of facility 
  • Daily checks for cleaning offices, hallways, restrooms 
  • Inventory and ordering janitorial supplies 
  • Patching and painting interior offices 
  • Other maintenance duties as assigned 
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of general maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry
  • Ability to operate a forklift 
  • Independently can work and carry out daily routines 
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Must be okay with lifting 70 lbs
