Job description:
- Set up and operate injection molding machines and related equipment.
- Perform quality checks on molded parts and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure machines are running efficiently and within specification.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on injection molding machines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Document production outputs and report any issues to supervisors.
- Prior experience in injection molding or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Basic understanding of quality control processes and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
