BelFlex Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a leading company in High Point, NC! This role supports Canadian customers and requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Process and manage orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide support on orders, shipping, product availability, and pricing
- Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Utilize internal systems to track order history, returns, and product information
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP/CRM experience is a plus
- Ability to work with the metric system for Canadian customers
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus
