Shift: 2nd shift, 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM

Job Summary:
As a Pick Pack Operator II, you will follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure efficient and safe production.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety policies.
- Perform all assigned tasks.
- Comply with work instructions.
- Operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment, including depalletizers, tray formers, heat shrinkers, conveyors, palletizers, and stretch wrappers.
- Complete various daily reports accurately, including production, downtime, and housekeeping.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate stock of inventory and supplies at various stock points in the plant.
- Ensure the proper loading of skids.
Competencies and Experience:
- Must be organized and show initiative.
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and work well with others.
Education and Training:
- Minimum High School Diploma required.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
