Pay: $16.75
Shift: 1st Shift 7am-330pm M-F
Location: 40218

Job Details and Duties
  • Finishes orders off press.
  • Assembles setup boxes, folds cartons, and shrink wraps finished sets.
  • Answers multi line telephone to process customer orders/requests as well as correspondence relative to price quotes and other inquiries.
  • Data entry of shipping information for invoicing process.
  • Completes calls to customers as requested and follow up on all quotes and proofs.

Job Requirements
  • At least 3 months of call center experience.
  • Position requires strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently with accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to work standing up for entirety of shift while in production department.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check is required as a condition of employment
