  We are looking for a CNC Machinist to a great local company here in Sanford. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of milling machine operation as well as experience with CNC programming. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an exciting, collaborative environment.

Programming and setup experience a must!!


Hours 
First Shift 7am-3:30pm 

Pay
$18-$25hr (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Setup workpieces using measurement instruments.
  • Program and run a variety of parts.
  • No large lot production runs.
  • Lubricate and maintain the machine.
  • Follow safety regulations.
  • Read and understand prints
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area
  • Adjust, repair and maintain tooling
  • Daily and weekly maintenance of machines
  • Follow procedures and recommend improvements
  • Side operations during machine cycle time
  • Work as a team member to continue to provide quality parts on time
  • Other duties as assigned
