To be successful as an inside sales associate, a candidate should have the ability to forge excellent working relationships with customers, the outside sales team, production schedulers, engineering, parts & shipping and the accounting staff. The inside sales team is the “nerve center” of operation so it is ESSENTIAL that the successful candidate:
- Is able to work and communicate effectively with multiple parties.
- Has the ability to learn multiple computer programs ( Pro-Comm, Zoho CRM, Excel & Outlook).
- Is comfortable with multitasking.
- Is detail oriented and process driven.
- Has the desire to gain a thorough understanding of our product line and our liftgate’s features, functions and benefits
- Is inquisitive and continually seeks to improve existing processes & procedures.
- Is highly reliable and has an excellent attendance record.
- Exhibits a passion for our product and exceeding the expectations of our customers.
In order to perform this job well, the successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and an ability to read an understand schematics and parts diagrams
- Customer service experience
- Proven ability to learn and effectively use new computer programs- experience with Pro-Comm or Zoho CRM is a definite plus!
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work in a multi-tasking environment.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skill
- An associate’s or technical college degree is a plus.
The inside sales associate is an hourly office position but the chosen candidate will be oriented by training with our parts, shipping, gate inspection (QC) and customer service departments. Our business is located in Woodlawn, Ohio – a Northern suburb of Cincinnati. A typical work day will involve taking phone calls, placing orders and handling customer issues and concerns.
