BelFlex Promotes Christine Adams to VP of Risk & Compliance
Adams will continue to support the company’s growth and compliance efforts
March 27, 2023, CINCINNATI, Ohio – BelFlex Staffing Network, a staffing and flexible workforce solutions firm in the commercial and professional services industries, announced today the promotion of Christine Adams to Vice President of Risk & Compliance. This promotion elevates Adams’ role within the organization and is the result of her steadfast commitment to both BelFlex and her clients.

Adams has been a leader with BelFlex since 2009 and most recently served as Director of Risk & Compliance. As Vice President, she will continue to assist clients with workers compensation, unemployment compensation, Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC), and vendor management. As an expert in mitigating risk, she specializes in advising clients on laws and regulations to help them maintain compliance.
Additionally, Adams will work closely with key business areas and the executive team to provide guidance on critical company decisions. Adams is eager to embrace this new role, expand her skills, maintain and grow BelFlex’s best-in-class approach to risk and claims management, and build new initiatives that support the company’s growth.
