General Laborers work in the plant and support plant operations by stacking rolls of shingles onto pallets. Productions moves at a moderate pace. Laborers may be asked to relieve others in the plant performing various duties. Physical Requirements
1. The ability to lift up to 120 lb repeatedly.
2. The ability to climb ladders.
3. The ability to work in hot and humid environments (up to 115 F).
4. May be required to stoop/bend/crouch for brief periods.
Qualifications, Required Skills and Competencies
1. Basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and counting skills.
2. The ability to work in safe and efficient manner.
3. Good communication skills.
