Belflex Staffing is hiring for a Warehouse Ops Specialist located in Hebron KY. 

1st shift 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday 

$18/hour with perfect attendance $19/hour 

Temp-Hire 


Job Duties:
Perform a variety of domestic and international receiving tasks.  Compare and verify identifying information, receiving records on incoming shipments with bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records.  Verify that materials received are as ordered in both type and quantity, and maintain related files and records.  May route incoming items to appropriate departments, storerooms or other locations.  Maintain all receiving records.



  • Responsible for ensuring that all receiving documents and functions are completed accurately and on time
  • In conjunction with the warehouse supervisor develops inbound freight schedules
  • Ensure that proper labels and tickets have been applied and merchandise is re packaged as needed.
  • Maintain good security habits at dock doors
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks when necessary
  • Operates forklift as needed
  • Assure that receiving counts match packing lists and purchase orders.
  • Assist in resolving any discrepancies
  • Ensure that all inbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
  • Collect all documentation for inbound freight and route to the proper personnel
  • Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area
  • Assist in maintaining the security for the warehouse
  • Conduct work assignments in a manner which promotes safety
