Monday-Thursday 7:00 am-4:30 pm
Friday 7:00 am-11 am
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service. Oversee warehouse tam to meet the needs of the fulfillment center and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas. Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
- Deter staffing levens and assign workload.
- Interface with customers to answer questions and solve problems.
- Maintain item record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjusting existing work procedures and practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of ERP experience (preferably Baan) in a manufacturing environment
- At least 3 years Warehouse management experience
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office products, specifically Sheets and Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
