BelFlex is Hiring Warehouse Associates In Riverport!

2nd Shift 3:30p-12a
$20/hr
Temp to Hire- eligible to be hired after 6 weeks!

Job Summary

Looking for candidates to be apart of a new great team located in Riverport! Employees must be able and willing to do any part of the distribution process. Looking for candidates that can Receive, Stock, Pick, and Ship! Will be operating reach truck and order picker as needed. No experience? This company is willing to train!

Job Responsibilities

  • Receiving –Verify delivery bills and verify product received. Must be able to quickly recognize and address warehouse compliance issues such as overages, shortages, damaged product, packaging issues and incorrect parts.
  • Stocking – assess quantity, size, weight and volume to stock material in appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Order Picking – process essential customer orders by utilizing cutting-edge warehouse order picking software.
  • Packing – pack items ensuring our customer’s products safe and undamaged.
  • Shipping – prepare shipping documentation, weight, piece count and freight classification of all warehouse product.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Proven record of strong attendance
  • Commitment to safety
  • Willingness to be cross-trained and rotate through all warehouse functions as business needs dictate
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
  • Occasionally lift 70 pounds with or without accommodation
  • Regularly work at heights up to 30 feet
  • Possess basic problem solving, and basic math and number recognition skills
  • Experience operating warehouse power equipment safely is a plus
  • Experience with RF equipment is a plus
