BelFlex Staffing Network  is hiring for Surface Mount Line Soldering positions in Vandalia, Ohio  paying $15-$18/Hr Based on experience. BelFlex offers competitive benefits including weekly pay, direct deposit, medical, dental, vision, and more.

Job Overview:
  • Set up and operation of board loader, screen printer, and Juki parts placement machines.
  • Monitor component level on the machine and replenish as necessary including verification of proper components.
  • Setup and take down of component feeders.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Have Soldering experience, 
  • Have the ability to follow instructions and training
  • Working within the production process
  • Have good attention to detail 
  • Have reliable  attendance and transportation to job 
  • Have good communication and listening skills
  • HSD/GED
