Shipping Clerk

Pay Rate: depends on experience ($16-$18hr)

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Job Description: Operate UPS, FedEx, and other carriers computerized equipment Utilize proper shipping documents for various carriers Execute SAP transactions to enter tracking numbers, freight charges Request proof of Delivery from mail carrier, per Customer Service Verify the accuracy of customer papers and air bill; copy all forms mailed with package Inspect out-going packages Keep records of materials shipped Pack orders, on an as needed basis Perform all tasks necessary for end of day closing Order shipping supplies Contact Customer Service about any order discrepancies
