BelFlex Staffing is looking for a career oriented Shipping Clerk

Pay- $18.50hr 
Mon-Fri but must be willing to work 48hrs

Shift 1:30pm-10pm (Training from 11:30am-8:30pm)

  • Create bill of ladings and all necessary documents to ship orders
  • Ability to ship small packages using the FedEx computer system
  • Coordinate daily outbound schedule to load trailers in a timely manner.
  • Enter necessary information for ASN’s and label printing based on customer requirements
  • Knowledge of customers’ shipping requirements, routing guides and delivery windows
  • Calculate ship dates based on carrier transit times and ship to point and due date to customer
  • Ability to perform shipping transactions using the packing workbench and shipping transaction forms, consolidate and create deliveries as needed, releasing orders, and printing packing slips
  • Assist in claim investigations & audits.
  • Load/unload trucks
  • Coordinate all carrier picks ups
  • Complete inventory inquiries and run inventory reports
  • Check sales orders
  • Report damages of products, storage racks or any unsafe conditions to management immediately
  • Perform open and closing procedures for building as needed
