Senior Supervisor
Pay: $18-$21 Based on Experience
Shift 2nd
Location Dayton, Ohio

Description
Sr. Supervisor is responsible for effectively managing day-to-day in-house operations, ensuring all are operating according to organizational standards and client specifications.

Job Details and Duties
  • Starting pay rate $18-$21 per hour based on experience
  • 2nd Shift
  • Train personnel, monitoring performance, and managing inventory control and audits.
  • Managing in-house operations, staffing, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards, while coordinating with the Assistant Operations Manager to meet client expectations and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Other duties as required

Job Requirements
  • 3 years manufacturing experience. Automotive/quality experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Be able to work full time, overtime weekends, multiple shifts
  • Steel toe boots/shoes
  • Other duties as assigned. HSD/GED
