Job Details and Duties
- $43k-$45k annually
- 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with one late evening day
- Answer inbound calls from external and internal customers and diagnose performance issues with windows and doors
- Schedule service technicians to complete assigned service tasks.
- Order products and parts for successful completion of service events
- Track service events from inception to completion – provide status updates to customers, sales personnel, and management
- Manage customer collections
- Apply for appropriate credit from Pella Corporation for warranty work
- Assist walk-in customers who need service parts or to schedule service work.

Job Requirements
- 1–2-year experience in project coordination or construction is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications
- Must be a team player and exhibit a strong desire to learn and promote self-growth
- Must be able to demonstrate organizational skills, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
