Quality Technician

BelFlex Staffing is looking for a hardworking Quality Tech for our Gray Court  SC Client

Shift- 7am-7pm Fri-Sun
Pay- $21hr + 2 shift differential (Sat and Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Perform inspections and tests on non-woven materials and finished products to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards.

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report quality data to identify trends, defects, or areas for improvement.

• Process Improvement: Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvements and provide suggestions for enhancing product quality.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality tests, results, and any corrective actions taken.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to non-woven materials.

• Communication: Effectively communicate quality issues and recommendations to the production team, supervisors, and management.

• Training: Provide training and support to production staff on quality control processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a relevant degree or certification in quality control is a plus.

• Prior experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment, particularly in the non-wovens industry, is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or deviations from quality standards.

• Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
