Shift- Day
Pay- 54K + commission after 6 weeks of training
 

Position Overview: As a Project Manager for our Water Restoration Company client, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing water damage restoration projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your project management skills in a critical and rewarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage water restoration projects from assessment through completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members to create and execute restoration plans.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Procure necessary materials and equipment, managing inventory efficiently.
  • Oversee a team of restoration technicians, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and quality.
  • Resolve any project-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Communicate project updates and timelines effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality control.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Construction Management, Environmental Science, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the water restoration industry or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of water restoration techniques, equipment, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
