1st shift  Production Technicians needed for new career opportunity in Apex, NC.  Tech will be responsible for ensuring the production line runs efficiently with high product quality standards. Technician is a key contributor to the continuous improvement of critical plant performance metrics in the areas of safety, productivity, cost, quality and sustainability.


Qualification Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and speak in English
• Work well independently or in a group
• Performs with a sense of urgency and efficiency
• Basic machine, manufacturing or cleanroom experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations manual, and written directions
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Capable of purchasing/providing own scrubs to wear during working hours

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Fine manipulation; hand/eye coordination
• Ability to follow demonstrated instructions
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations manual, and written directions
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to use tools, read rulers, scales and gauges
• Ability to read complex drawings, diagrams or blueprints as reference
• Knowledge of clean room protocol, procedures and material safety data sheet (MSDS) is preferred however training will be provided.
