DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership in a tactful manner to team leaders
- Guide and coach Team Members to be production, successful, and help them to achieve company’s common goals to be a world class facility.
- Ensure Timekeeping system is accurate with timesheet entries
- Maintain good communication and relationship with other lead managers.
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings.
- Maintain good communication to Operations Manager on all critical matters.
- Drive accountability to housekeeping guidelines.
- Monitor Hilo damage – drive accountability for negligence.
- Sustain company culture, encourage for quality, safety, efficiency and cost improvement suggestions.
- Understand of Company’s processes and ensure all processes are adhered to.
- Able to problem solve and turn challenges into solutions
- Always promoting a positive morale at all teams.
- Maintain safe work environment: Enforcement of safety (PPE, safety glasses, stack heights, battery change, dock locks).
- Flexible work schedule to cover vacations or overtime when required.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- strong people skills
- ability to lead
- 3+ years experience in prior supervisory role
- Great attendance record
- Works independently
