Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership that creates an environment that drives and achieves high performance
* Ensures plant safety rules, policies and procedures are adhered to
* Ensure production process delivers high quality products for customers
* Leads operation team in safety, quality, production, policies and procedures
* Supervise hourly employees and report to Production Manager
* Ensures customer expectations are met
* Promotes and establishes a positive work environment
* Manage workflow by assigning responsibilities
* Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED required
* Needle Punch, Carding, and/or textile experience required
* Demonstrate effective leadership, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Great Teamwork skills
* Good Computer skills
