Production Operator
We have immediate openings for production operators for full-time/part-time shifts! Competitive pay. Permanent position opportunities available within 90 days.
GENERAL DUTIES:
Operate equipment safely and efficiently to achieve production goals that satisfy the customer
Attend Daily Shift Meetings
Understand and follow standardized work at all positions assigned
Stay informed of quality issues and opportunities as it relates to position and/or department
Complete all other duties and tasks as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to pass a nationwide criminal background check
Ability to pass a drug test
Ability to work 40 or more hours per week
Good dexterity in manual assembly
Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs. at a time, several times per hour
Ability to stand for up to 8 to 12 hours per shift
Reliable transportation
Ability to speak and understand English
Ability to work overtime as scheduled or on short notice
EXPERIENCE:
Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
Training will be provided; willingness to learn and improve based on feedback required.
HOURS:
Day Shift: Monday thru Friday (7:30 am – 4:30 pm); Some Saturdays
SALARY:
Day Shift: up to $15.00
