BelFlex Staffing is searching for a career-minded Production Coordinator for our Greenville Client

Shift- 1st shift 

Pay- $22-$25hr or DOE

  • Manage day to day production schedule, data and systems
  • Identify production/personnel requirements
  • Develop and Manage ERP System
  • Assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness of improvements 
  • Contract Review
  • Ensure full auditable traceability of components is managed and maintained
  • Provide all production personnel and resources accurate plans and delivery schedules 
  • Coordinate daily production meetings
  • Provide weekly production reports and manufacturing forecasts to management
  • Facilitate Training and support for all staff
  • Identify skills gaps and ensure staff has optimum route to full competency by effective dissemination of information
  • Provide customers with timely updates of progress of ordered products and services
  • Assist in preparation of quotations

Education and Experience:
  • Experience with CNC and production scheduling
  • Proficient with MS Office, MS Project and ERP Systems
  • Knowledge of the following:
a. Working with Technical Engineering Drawings
b. Operation of standard equipment
c. clerical and administrative procedures and systems (i.e. filing and record keeping)
d. Principles and practices of basic office management
