BelFlex Staffing in Florence KY is now hiring for Picker/Packers located in Hebron KY

Hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
With over time, and some weekends

PAY: $15/hour
(If you have perfect attendance $16/hour)


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Efficiently pick/pack customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct number and type of products is loaded and shipped  
  • Carry or transport totes or boxes to assigned locations.
  •  Label, tag or mark orders as requested 
  • Repack and weight any orders which require such handling when necessary
  • Report quality variances  
  • Ensure that all outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage  
  •  Boxes weigh no more than 35-40lbs
Requirements 
  • GED/High School diploma is Preferred not required 
  • Dress Code – Jean, T-shirt , Gym Shoes
