BelFlex is hiring for an Operations Lead in Jeffersonville, IN!

$18-$22/hr
Temp to Hire 

Job description

The Operations Lead,  will focus on the safety, quality and productivity of contributors engaged in operations activities as assigned to them. The Operations Lead,  will be a subject matter expert on SOP’s and related application software utilized by associates. The Operations Lead, will be a multi-tasking, cross-trained leader across all aspects of the 3PL shipping, receiving, material handling and order assembly.


Shift Details:
  • 1st Shift 8a-4:30p
  • Mid-Shift 10a-6:30p
  • 2nd Shift 4p-12:00a.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of related supervisory experience or training
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
