Maintenance 
1st shift
Schedule: M-F, 7am-3:30pm
Pay is $18.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience.
Prefer 1-2 years of mechanical, electrical, plc experience.  Hydraulic experience a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs.
  • Duties include repairing plumbing, heating, and wiring.
  • Inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards and scheduling major repairs. Perform routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage; for example, window, door or wall repair.
  • Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
  • Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems.
  • Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injury.
  • Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped. 

All Candidates subject to background check and drug screen. Steel toe boots required.   Have the ability to lift up to 50lbs.  Have the ability to follow and adhere to Safety procedures and regulations. Reliable transportation and attendance.
