BelFlex Staffing Network is looking for full-time Machinist Operator in Indianapolis for a respected manufacturer of medical diagnostic equipment and medical accessories in the Park 100 area.

The Benefits in this role as a Machinist Operator are:

  • $17.00/hr
  • 1st shift 6:30 am – 3:00 pm, with generous breaks/meal time
  • Monday – Friday
  • Temp to hire

  • Weekly pay

As a Machinist Operator, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Balance the rotors using a balancing machine.
  • Grind and smooth rotors using a lathe to achieve correct finish.
  • Pack rotors to be sent out to outside processing.
  • Maintain a clean work area and 5s standards

In this Machinist Operator role, the following requirements must be met:

  • Must adhere to compliance and safety standards
  • Attention to detail
  • Must supply HS diploma or GED completion
  • Pass drug test
  • Pass background check
