BelFlex has a direct hire Inside Sales and Marketing position and is actively recruiting a self-motivated candidate with scrap metal experience to  join a dynamic scrap marketing department and spearhead their growth initiatives.
 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing and sales of scrap metal, paper, plastic, and cardboard.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to price items for industrial accounts.
  • Identify target customers and explore new markets.
  • Collect and analyze consumer feedback for management review.
  • Forecast sales trends and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with existing and new consumers.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Prioritize safety as a top priority.
  • Willingness to travel for maintaining business relations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
