Job Opportunity: Industrial Maintenance Technician

BelFlex Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our client’s maintenance team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing department.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM  
Pay Rate:  $22.50 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and clean production portable pads, pumps, and static mixing equipment.
  • Ensure proper labeling of all pad cleaning drums.
  • Shadow maintenance technicians on breakdown calls from the supervisor, monitoring production activity and supporting equipment as needed.
  • Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Gain cross-training in at least one other area of maintenance.
