BelFlex is recruiting for teachers with experience for locations in Johnston, Lee, and Harnett counties.    These are full time openings and candidates hired will not be on the BelFlex payroll.

Pay starts at $17.52 per hour and includes benefits: health ins at no charge, retirement plan that matches up to 5%, 13 paid holidays, paid annual leave (Spring break and Christmas break for teachers and assistants), 4 hours of sick pay per month,  life insurance, short term disability, education assistance.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred but will accept an Associates Degree working toward BS.

Must love children and be willing to work 7:30a-3:30p M-F.
Must have own transportation and clean NCDL.  

Before starting, willl need to be fully vaccinated. (2 weeks after 2nd shot)
Before starting, will need the following and Head Start will pay for:
      TB test
       Local background check
       State letter of qualification
       Fingerprint
       Drug screen


There are 6 locations in Johnston County,  1 in Lee, and 2 in Harnett

Pay is bi-weekly.
