BelFlex Staffing is looking for an experienced, talented Graphic Designer to be placed through our Direct Hire Program!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the packaging specification data globally through the organization
  • Coordinate the harmonization of specification formats for all existing and future sites
  • Manage understanding and transparency of packaging requirements for all functions that aid in providing updates to product specifications within internally and externally facing systems
  • Creation of item and case configurations that meet customer expectations while staying within the capabilities of company equipment.
  • Additional tasks or projects outside “core” responsibilities

Skills:

  • 2-4+ years working experience within a design firm or in a creative team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, or related field
  • Proficiency of graphic design fundamentals, including typography, color theory and composition
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • A keen eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail
  • Regulatory knowledge for CPG graphics completion
