Job description
Looking for a forklift operator in the Jeffersonville area! The ideal candidate would be able to efficiently execute the physical movement of all materials while operating various types of material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols and standard operating procedures. 
Job Description:
  • Associate will be responsible for operating material handling equipment for the purpose of moving, loading, unloading, picking, and counting merchandise in accordance with production standards. Material handling equipment may include: sit down forklift, stand-up reach truck, swing reach, order picker, pallet jacks, and walkie-riders.
Shift Details:
  • 1st Shift 9a-5:30p Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
  • Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to designated staging area.
  • Perform pallet inspections on all inbound shipments to ensure pallets are in good condition. Swap out damaged pallets.
  • Use RF scanner to execute picking/put-away of materials in warehouse and cold chain areas.
  • Perform flow rack replenishments to support distribution activities.
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound pallets are accurate and free of damage.
  • Move pallets from drop zones and staging areas to shipping or other areas. 
Experience:
  • 1 year of Forklift Experience 
  • 1 year of Turret Truck or Order Picker Experience
  • Experience with RF Scanner
  • Experience with Manhattan SCALE is a plus but not required
Education:
  • HS Diploma/Equivalent
Pay for this position starts at $17.00/hr!
