BelFlex Staffing Network is looking for full-time Forklift Production in Indianapolis, IN. The Benefits in this role as a Forklift Production are: $15.50/hr Mon – Fri 8am – 4:30pm Temp to hire Weekly pay As a forklift Production, you will be responsible for the following: Maintains cleanliness of the assembly area. Reports daily quota and time used to produce completed quantity during the daily shift. Maintains quality standards for the assembly of the sub-assemblies and/or finished goods. Participates in the company’s morning stretch. If unable or unwilling to stretch, join the group and do deep breathing or meditation exercises. Produces sub-assemblies and/or finished goods to satisfy the demand quantity stated on the work order with available components and tools. Reviews and maintains the quality standards of all components during the production of the sub-assemblies and/or finished goods. Reviews and maintains the quality standards of the finished assembled sub-assemblies and/or finished goods. Counts all remaining components after the completion of work order quantity. Completes the documentation of the work order with final counts of all components used, scrapped or returned. Records the time range used to complete the work order quantity. Completes the work order with the final count of the requested sub-assembly or finished good items of the work order.
