The warehouse, fork lift operator position is in a 0 degree, frozen environment. Freezer gear will be provided, with the exception of footwear. You must provide your own boots! Boots should have at least 800 grams of Thinsulation. Please ensure that you have reliable transportation to get to and from work as well. Attendance is a critical part of working at Interstate Warehousing. Overtime: Every employee is required to work mandatory overtime. The overtime days will be specified as early in advance as possible and will be worked either 4 hours prior to the start of the regular shift or by working up to 4 hours after the end of the regular shift. Saturday overtime is designated by shift rotation and is mandatory. *No Less than the first 90 days will be a temp-to-hire probationary period through a contracted staffing agency. *Candidates will be subject to a background check and drug screen if selected.
