BelFlex Staffing Network in Norwood, Ohio is currently seeking a Foreman for a 1st shift Direct Hire position located near North College Hill. 

Pay: $25-$35 depending on Skills and experience.

Hours: 7am – 3:30p Monday – Friday


Responsibilities for Foreman
  • Report project progress to superiors
  • Develop a work schedule for workers.
  • Supervise all workers
  • Be the liaison between workers and supervisors
  • Solve disputes between workers
  • Ensure that a project is adequately staffed
  • Assign tasks to workers.
  • Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget.
Qualifications for Foreman
  • Ability to organize a work schedule.
  • Ability to solve disputes between workers.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate.
  • Deep knowledge of the construction industry and processes
  • Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Perform quality checks on construction equipment.
