BelFlex is seeking several, entry-level Production Associates / General Laborers for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity, with one of the highest quality custom dry ingredients blending companies, located in J-town, KY. This is a 1st shift opportunity, working Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, with OT worked on Fridays. Pay is $15.00/hr. Essential Duties + Responsibilities:
- Stack and palletize ingredients by hand.
- Weigh bags/containers, adjust quantity as needed.
- Move bags from filling machine to conveyor for sealing.
- Place bags into boxes, seal boxes with tape machine.
- Maintain clean work area at all times
- Visually inspect materials, products, and containers.
- Record information such as weight, time, and date packaged.
- Read work order and/or follow oral instructions for handling product.
- Attach identifying tags or labels to materials, or mark information on bags or boxes.
- Read analog or digital clock.
- Line and pad pallets and assemble cartons.
- Label containers, container tags, or products.
- Other duties as required for safe and efficient production.
