BelFlex Staffing is seeking a professional Engineering Manager for our Piedmont SC client

Pay- $90-$120K

Responsibilities:
  • Manage engineering budget, staffing, facility preparation, and relevant assets
  • Ensure performance metrics and improvements are met by reviewing maintenance objectives
  • Develop individual goals and engineering department supporting annual operation’s group goals
  • Develop and maintain a high performance culture (operations excellence, innovation, continuous improvement and safety)
  • Ensure gage maintenance and calibrations are completed along with other requirements
  • Responsible for launch gates to evaluate for buyoff and transfer of processes and equipment
  • Responsible for Engineering Change process being followed
  • Develop KPI (leading indicators) for each process to be monitored proactively
  • Provide leadership manufacturing functions in the following areas: layout and process design, system and controls, quality support, ergonomics, safety and facilitate Kaizen activities
  • All other duties as assigned


Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Engineering required
  • 10+ years of Automotive Manufacturing Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering technical leadership
