Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide business support for the MasterControl to Veeva Vault Quality eDMS migration.
  • Review document metadata in MasterControl eDMS to identify gaps and discrepancies in need of remediation
  • Confirm the accuracy of document properties and metadata. Communicate, identify and correct anomalous information.
  • Collaborate with customer groups to verify appropriate document owners.
  • Identify and populate supplemental document properties on loader sheets in preparation for data migration.
  • Review released documents to identify those no longer in use and/or opportunities for archival.
  • Assess document InfoCard attachments to identify files in need of conversion to official records.
  • Execute controlled printing, preparation, issuance, and active copy reconciliation of controlled documents and logbooks.
  • Catalogue documents and records received and capturing appropriate metadata in the Records Management database and physical preparation and filing for retention.
  • Scan documents for electronic archival and create true copies, as needed.
  • General customer service support, or any other activities needed for on-time GMP readiness.

 

 

Must Have/Required  

 

·         Associate degree or pursuing Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific or technical discipline from an accredited university or college with 1+ years of hands-on experience in a biologics manufacturing facility

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

·         Strong computer and internet skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)

·         Successful history of solving problems of moderate complexity

·         Proven ability to manage both day-to-day operations, as well as project work in a fast-paced environment
